Yes, certain conditions may require caution with breathwork practices. Our practices are gentle, but it’s essential to honor where you’re at. Listen to your body, and always feel free to modify or pause as needed, never push.
Physiological Contraindications for long practices:

• Respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD)
